Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. When you checkout, you’ll be able to preview the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the items you’ve selected. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays, poor weather, postal strikes, or other such circumstances.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders may take 2 to 5 business days to process. When you receive a shipping notification, that means a shipping label was created. Within about 24 hours, the package will be picked up by the post office and scanned.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders: Your order should arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the shipping date. International orders: Your order can take anywhere from 2 up to 8 weeks to arrive, sometimes even more.
What is your return/exchange policy?
I accept returns as long as you contact me within 3 days of delivery and the item is shipped back in its original, unused condition within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The following items can’t be returned: custom or personalized orders, limited edition items, jewelry or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), items on sale, and shipping fees.
